Legal Information
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
This policy explains what data we collect through studiohealinghands.com, why we collect it and what rights you have over it. We aim to collect as little data as possible.
Who processes your data
The controller of your personal data is Petyo Ivanov, who operates the Healing Hands Studio massage studio (Health & Relax Studio) at 39B Chavdar Mutafov St., Vitosha district, 1700 Sofia.
For questions about your data, you can reach us by phone/Viber at +359 88 867 7759.
What data we collect
The site has no contact form and requires no registration. We do not collect names, emails or any other information that you enter yourself. We process only anonymous visit statistics:
- number of visits, pages viewed and traffic source;
- aggregated data on where visitors click and how far they scroll the page (heatmaps), without identifying you personally.
The statistics are collected via Umami — a tool that works without cookies and does not build a profile of the individual visitor.
Why we collect this data
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interest, through anonymous statistics.
Cookies
We do not set tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you do not see a consent banner. The only exception is the embedded Google Maps map in the contact section — when it loads, Google may set its own cookies. If you would rather avoid this, you can simply not open the map and use the address directly.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or share your data for marketing. We use only the following providers, which process data on our behalf or provide a service to the site:
- Netlify — hosting and delivery of the site.
- Umami — anonymous visit statistics (self-hosted server).
- Google Maps — an embedded map showing the studio's location.
How long we keep data
The anonymous statistics are kept in aggregated form for as long as they are useful for developing the site. Because they do not identify you personally, they are not linked to any specific visitor.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:
- access your data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- erase your data;
- restrict or object to the processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
To exercise your rights, message us by phone/Viber at +359 88 867 7759.
